Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow, And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go. For the children, they mark, and the children they know the place where the sidewalk ends.

CHERRY SEASON

Evan grew up on a cherry farm. We took the kids down to visit Grandma and Grandpa last weekend and to pick cherries with the kids.

Watching the pie cherries go through Grandpa's big industrial cherry pitter.

The kids had such a great time running wild of the farm and Grandma made the most amazing cherry cobbler for us to enjoy that night. Cameron and I are going back to pick some more tomorrow!

Oh yummy, I love cherries. wish we were there to eat some cherry cobbler, Cheryl is such a great cook. Don't eat too many though, we don't want a repercussion of last visit!! Have fun the three of you. Love mom

There are still more cherries to be picked. So come and get 'um.
We love having all the little helpers working on the farm and learning the trade. Too bad we don't have a cow anymore or they could learn to milk too!
Love, Grandpa & Grandma

uh! I'm so jealous! I've been hoping to find a cherry orchard (farm?) here so I could bottle some cherries...but it seems the only thing they grow around here is corn and grapes. Enjoy your cherries!
