Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow, And we'll go where the chalk-white arrows go. For the children, they mark, and the children they know the place where the sidewalk ends.

HORNINGS HIDEOUT

Evan found this amazing little private lake where we took the kids fishing.

They had a big lake as well as little kids pond that was totally stocked with fish so the kids wouldn't have to wait long for a bite.

The best part was, they provided everything, from the poles to the worms and because it is private, we didn't need fishing licenses.

Ewan was totally excited to get his hands on his own little pole!

Looks like Heather caught a pretty big one!

Evan took turns with the kids showing them what to do, while I tried to keep the other two from falling in the water...

In the little kid's pond, their poles weren't in the water more than 10 seconds before they felt the fish bite. It was so fun for them.

I don't have too much experience with fishing, so when Evan put his hand in the cup of worms and broke off a piece of a worm with his bare fingers, I nearly passed out! The kids thought it was so funny. After that, Heather had to be grossed out by worms too. She didn't want anything to do with her fish because in her words "there's a worm in it!"

They even had a really nice spot with knifes and faucets to clean your fish up before you take them home. It turned out to be a really fun place and we are sure to go back!

Hey Becca, what's up the boys don't have matching outfits?
I couldn't beleive the size of those fish, they really could tell when they caught something, wow!!! What a fun place to go.
The kids have only been gone a week and already they look older, I miss them.
Love mom and dad
